Polly’s Path

Polly’s psychic path evolved through her own inner journey of self discovery.

Here’s Her Story

My childhood dream was to compete in the Olympics.

Whitewater kayaking became the sport that would fullfill my dream. Learning this challenging and humbling sport was difficult, and required complete dedication.

Qualifying for the United States Freestyle Kayak Team was a massive lifetime achievement, which opened the door to compete at the 2003 World Freestyle Kayak Championships in Graz, Austria.
This was it. My chance to fullfill my childhood dream.

Yoga and meditation supplemented the physical training and helped me focus in competition. Competing at a high level required that my mind needed training as much as my body. Embracing the tools from Abraham Hicks and The Law of Attraction, Louise Hay, and Wayne Dyer, became my new roadmap for living an abundant, magical life. Making daily gratitude lists, setting positive intentions, becoming clear on what I wanted, writing it down and believing it was possible, all of it would usually happen. Not always in my time frame, but when I read back on my stacks of journals almost everything I wrote down has materialized.

My sensitivity to the spirit world began at a young age, and in my early twenties had my first psychic medium experience, channelling the deceased mother of my boyfriend at that time. It was scary to me and tried my best to ignore this gift and focused on my sport.

Holding the top spots throughout the entire World Championships, focusing on the podium rather than my final ride, landed me fifth in the competition. Devastated and heart broken that I didn’t win, my whole life purpose and identity had been involved in this goal. Coming so close and not achieving it, extinguished my inner fire. I eventually left kayaking in the pursuit of becoming a filmmaker, surfer, and artist.

Following a devastating relationship breakup in 2010 and a downward spiral into addiction, I enrolled in a ten day Vipassana Meditation Course.
This course changed my life.
I finally saw clearly for the first time my destructive behaviors that I was in denial about. The little voice inside that would rear its ugly head and hold me back.

It was time to make some serious changes, and I did.

I also began training again for the 2011 Freestyle Kayak World Championships. Seeing if with all my new found knowledge I could do it differently, in a truly holistic and positive way. A true journey of self discovery, putting myself under my own microscope, keeping video diaries and filming myself through the whole process, I questioned my motives. Why was it so important to be the World Champion? Why did I have to compete? Why did I have to be a famous filmmaker, and artist. Who am I really?

These massive questions dismantled my internal reality, and I realized it was all my ego needing recognition. My inner sense of self believed I needed to be the best in the world at whatever I did in order to be worthy.
A pretty intense realization, but one of the most important things I have ever faced. Who am I without the awards? Without the recognition? Without my sports? Without my addictions?

This line of questioning and self searching led me deeper down the path of yoga and developing my psychic gifts.
In 2012 I went to India for the first time to practice yoga at the KPJAYI in Mysore, the home of Ashtanga yoga, another life changing decision.

Studying with a psychic development teacher in India, uncovered and developed my latent intuitive abilities that had been buried since childhood. Returning to India the following year, I completed a RYT 200 hr yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, and adventured through Nothern India cycling and kayaking.

Psychic work, yoga, meditation, and breath work have now become my life focus.
The inner growth I have experienced through breath work, yoga, meditation, and energy work has changed me into the person I am meant to be in this world.
Everyday internal reflection and observation of my mind gives me choice with awareness.

Creating suffering or miracles, the responsibility lies with me.

My path of self discovery has led me to amazing healers and teachers, who have changed my life in unbelievably magic ways. Returning to India on a regular basis for further development of my spiritual practices, the growth never stops.

My deep belief is that we are the creators of our own reality and my goal is to empower you to create the life you dream of.
Sports training taught me the the importance of a good coach. If we have at least one person that believes in us and our dreams that is enough.

Helping people connect with their higher selves and facilitating the integration that takes place is my purpose in life. I look forward to helping you connect, expand, resolve, and grow.

with love, and blessings,
