It seems so simple.But learning to follow my breathing is what I am doing. Yoga and Meditation are my means of accomplishing this what seems to be simple task.
It is not so simple.
But I believe is the point of life.
All I have really is my breath.
And if I follow my breath I am sure to be present.
The minute my mind wanders I am no longer following my breath.
If all I do is follow my breath the worries of the world and my f***** – up mind melt away.
Really it is simple. So why do I make it so hard????
Today I am grateful to take another breath, and become a little more aware.
